ozEcommerce Base is ozEwork's version of osCommerce.  We took osCommerce RC2 and added to it all the features a start up company would need to go online.  Including:

1.  SEO - the solution is fully SEO enabled for all site pages.

2.  WYSIWYG Editor for Product Descriptions

3.  Page Editor - so you can modify your information pages such as Shipping using a WYSIWYG Editor in Admin.  We allow you to location information pages in any of three locations:  LH column, RH Column and the standard Footer.

4.  Banner Manager -  you can now location Banners in the LH Column, RH Column, Home Page Center and the standard Footer.

5.  Product Attributes - we've upgraded it for each creation and assignment to Products

6. Security - we have removed tools such as Define Languages and File Manager which are security risks to the site. Plus we've changed the Backup to handle large databases.

In addition, we have added our own template system which makes it easy to add a new design.  You can see how different ozEcommerce can look by using the template changer in the RH column of this site.
